From limiting beliefs to exceeding my own expectations.
Years ago, I found myself getting the corporate job I dreamed of. I will never forget the call “The C-Suite Executive and CEO wants me”. Months later, I found myself stressed and struggling with no connection to the organization or my colleagues. I was telling myself “People like you don’t have this opportunity often”, “People like you would kill to be here”. These thoughts made me play safe, take very little risks, and neglect other parts of my life that brought me joy. Along the road to two promotions, I got access to elite executive and leadership coaches. These coaches were a “Game Changer” for me. I took what I learned from my coaches into my personal life.
